The idea of HUB was intended to be ironic and tongue-in-cheek. I knew I have no right to set up a university - at least not a real university. I figure there's nothing stopping me from founding a virtual university, though...provided I make it clear that I am not presuming to award degrees, diplomas, doctorates and the like.
My name is Romesh Senewiratne and HUB is my provocative venture into education over the internet...but what can I teach about? Well, it seems logical that I can only teach what I know. At the same time I may well say things that I think I know but are wrong...So please view my You Tube clips with scepticism and check the facts on Wikipedia, Scholarpedia and the like....
